❄️📦Refrigerated and Sensitive Products Shipping Policy

At Geor Med Spa, LLC, some products require special handling and temperature control during shipping. We take all reasonable measures to ensure their proper preparation and packaging before handing them over to the carrier. However, once the package is delivered to the courier company, its handling and transport become their responsibility.


❄️ 1. Shipping conditions
  • Sensitive products are shipped with insulating and/or refrigerant material, as appropriate.
  • The carrier does not guarantee continuous temperature control throughout the entire shipping process.
  • Geor Med Spa, LLC has no control over delays, handling, environmental exposure, or weather conditions once the package is delivered to the carrier.

📸 2. Damaged, open, or compromised packages

In the event that the package is received in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged
  • Open
  • With evidence of spills
  • With compromised thermal or refrigerant material

The customer must notify the customer within the first 24 hours after delivery, sending the following evidence:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the contents and refrigerant
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Short video showing the condition of the package (recommended)

⚠️ Do not discard the packaging or the product, as the carrier may require them for inspection or claim validation.


📬 3. Claim process with the carrier
  • According to the carrier’s terms and conditions, the formal claim must be filed by the shipper, Geor Med Spa, LLC.
  • Our team will begin the claim process once we receive the notification and all supporting documentation.
  • The investigation, evaluation, and decision timeframe depends solely on the carrier.

💰 4. Complaint resolution

Once the carrier issues its decision:

  • ✔️ If the claim is approved, Geor Med Spa, LLC may offer, as applicable:

    • Product replacement
    • Store credit
    • Partial or full refund
  • If the claim is rejected, including situations related to:

    • Temperature variations
    • Transit delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Perishable nature of the product

👉 Geor Med Spa, LLC will not be responsible for making refunds, replacements or credits.


🚫 5. Specific exclusions for sensitive products

Claims will not be accepted when:

  • The damage is not reported within the established timeframe.
  • The product has been used, opened, or discarded.
  • The original packaging is not retained.
  • The damage is related to temperature variations beyond the carrier’s control.
  • The delay is caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

📝 6. Acceptance of the policy

By purchasing sensitive or refrigerated products and selecting delivery via a courier service, the customer expressly accepts this policy, understands the risks associated with transporting these types of products, and acknowledges that any claim will be handled according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
