Treatments automatically expire after one year of inactivity, without the right to a refund.

Some appointments require a reservation deposit.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• The deposit is valid for one (1) rescheduling only, subject to availability.

Shipments are made through third-party carriers. GEOR Med Spa, LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier, in accordance with the shipping policies published on the website.

Sensitive or refrigerated products are subject to inherent risks during transport.
