If the patient requests delivery of their medication or product via mail or courier service, they must provide complete and accurate information, including:
- Patient’s full name
- Exact address (street, number, apartment or house)
- City, state, and zip code
- Contact phone number
Responsibility for information
Geor Med Spa, LLC is not responsible for delays, misplacement, or loss of packages caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses
- Errors in the information provided by the patient
- Undeliverable due to the recipient’s absence
It is the patient’s responsibility to verify that the information provided is correct before confirming shipment.
If a change of address is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional costs charged by the shipping company will not be covered by Geor Med Spa, LLC and must be paid by the customer. If the error is on our part, Geor Med Spa, LLC will assume the costs.
Delivery times and service
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used and the recipient’s location. Once the order is handed over to the courier, Geor Med Spa, LLC has no control over transit times.
