🔁Warranty, Returns and Cancellations Policy
💳 Refund Policy
Geor Med Spa, LLC maintains a no-refund policy. Once a product or treatment has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The amount spent on a treatment may be used as credit toward other services or transactions at Geor Med Spa, LLC, provided that no more than one (1) year has passed since the last use of the treatment.
📦Product Returns
Product returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The product is completely sealed and unused, or
- The product has expired after purchase.
Outside of these conditions, no returns or refunds will be issued.
⏳ Treatment Validity
All treatments and procedures purchased will be valid for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the last appointment or use.
If there is one year of inactivity, the treatment will automatically expire, losing its value and without the right to a refund or credit.
📅 Appointment Cancellation and Deposit Policy
We understand that emergencies or work or family obligations may arise. However, when an appointment is not canceled in advance, it limits our ability to see other patients.
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- If an appointment is not canceled within the specified timeframe, the patient will forfeit the reservation deposit.
- The reservation deposit is valid for one (1) guaranteed appointment rescheduling only.
⏰ Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If the patient arrives late or fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, they will forfeit their reservation deposit.
The patient may contact us to request a new appointment, subject to availability, including same-day appointments, provided there are openings.
✔️ Acceptance of the Terms
By purchasing a product, treatment, or scheduling an appointment at Geor Med Spa, LLC, the patient declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the policies described herein.
