📦 Damaged Package Policy

At Geor Med Spa, LLC, we carefully package all our products to ensure they are shipped in optimal condition. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping company, its handling and transport become the sole responsibility of the carrier.


🔹 Packages damaged during shipping

If the order is received with visible damage, the customer must follow the following procedure:


📸 1. Notification and evidence

The customer must report the damage within the first 24 hours after delivery, sending the following evidence:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Short video showing the damage (optional, but recommended)

⚠️ It is essential to keep the original packaging, as the carrier may require it for inspection or validation of the claim.


📬 2. Claim process with the carrier
  • According to the carrier’s terms and conditions, the official claim must be filed by the sender, Geor Med Spa, LLC.

  • Once we receive the notification and all the necessary documentation, our team will initiate the claim process directly with the shipping company.

  • The investigation, evaluation, and response time depends solely on the carrier and may take several business days.


💰 3. Complaint resolution

Once the carrier issues its decision:

  • ✔️If the claim is approved, Geor Med Spa, LLC may offer, as applicable:
    • Product replacement, or
    • Store credit, or
    • Partial or full refund
  • ❌ If the claim is rejected (for example, due to packaging deemed inadequate or causes not attributable to transportation), Geor Med Spa, LLC will not be responsible for making refunds, replacements, or credits.


🚫 4. Exclusions

Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The damage was not reported within the established timeframe.
  • The product was opened, used, or discarded.
  • The original packaging was not retained.
  • The damage did not occur during shipping.
  • The evidence submitted is insufficient or incomplete.

📝 5. Acceptance of the policy

By making a purchase and selecting shipping via a courier service, the customer automatically accepts this damaged package policy and acknowledges that any claim will be handled according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
