Yes, provided that no more than one (1) year of inactivity has passed since the last use of the treatment.

Yes. All treatments expire after one (1) year of inactivity, without the right to a refund or credit.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

What happens if I don't cancel my appointment in advance?
If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose your booking deposit.
